41-50.Discuss the impact of computer technology on professional nursing practice.

For me, the impact of computer technology on professional nursing practice is all about on how to understand the computer technology within the social context of nursing. Computer technology is not just a tool, it requires not only an understanding of professional nursing practice process but also computer technology that is the application for the science to function electronically. It is important to health care provider because if you need help, you can ask or use the computer as soon as possible. You dont snob the computer technology because this is a big help for us and it is the best tool that you have.

51-60. List and discuss the new emerging computer technologies in nursing and how they impact patient care.

First, I discuss the new emerging computer technologies in nursing, we have top ten emerging technology in nursing 1. Brain computer interfaces 2. Mining metals from desalination brine 3. Nanostructed carbon composites 4. Grid scale electricity storage 5. Body adapted wearable electronics 6.nanowire lithium- ion batteries 7. Screenless display 8. Human microbiome therapeutics 9. RNA- based therapeutics 10. Quantified self . The ethical dilemmas associated with safeguarding such as personal information and potential emotional consequences of uncovering unknown medical data without the guaranteed support of primary care provider. The impact patient care is all about to improved health status and increased the efficiency of care by reducing diagnostics test and referrals.

61-70. List several examples of how nursing informatics affects clinical practice, administration, education and research. Identify the role of the nurse in handling health care data.

For me, Nursing informatics affects clinical practice, administration, education and research because i can say that I be able to contribute to our society be doing my duties and responsibility as a nurse and also I be able to educating the public or different ways on how to prevent the spread of diseases and also to maintain a healthy individual. I spend my time to my client because the life of the client is direct to the nurse.I give also health teaching to my client because it is important on how to know and understand my fault.I discussed also to help them and encourage them of what is good in application knowledge. It is very useful and helpful to our nursing profession and it is a big help for us to know because this will serve a improvement and enhancement of nursing profession but at the same time it may also lost the real meaning of TLC also known as Tender Loving Care..And the role of the nurse in handling health care data by being able to assess information and knowledge needs by patient and other health care professionals.

71-80. Describe the difference between data, information and knowledge. Define dat integrity and its relevance for health care.

First of all, the data is the facts of the world because until you started using information all we could use data directly. If you wanted to know how tall I was, you have come and look at me. Because our knowledge was limited by our direct experiences. The information allows us to expand our knowledge beyond the range of senses and if you like it you can capture data in information and then move it about so that other people can access it at different times. The knowledge, we build inside our brains and it contains our beliefs and expectations. You can store knowledge in anything aside the brain beacuase a brain connects it all together.
